Delivery and shipping

These Shipping Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are an important agreement between you and dressilyday.shop regarding order delivery. Placing an order indicates your agreement to all contents of these Terms.

  1. Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (may be delayed during holidays). Upon completion of processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier and tracking number.
  2. Domestic Shipping within the United States
    We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the United States:

Carriers:

USPS (United States Postal Service) – For standard delivery and some areas

UPS (United Parcel Service) – For expedited and ground shipping

FedEx (FedEx) – For fast delivery and large packages

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Next Day Delivery: 1 business day (within the United States only)

Specific available options and shipping costs are subject to the information displayed on the checkout page.

  1. International Shipping
    We support international shipping services to some countries/regions. Carriers:

USPS International Priority – For small packages

UPS Worldwide – For expedited international shipping

FedEx International – For fast and large packages

Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance speed and local postal efficiency in the destination country/region.

Important Notes:

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be estimated or paid on their behalf.

Customs in some countries may delay package release; this is beyond our control.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or inability to clear customs, we will deduct the actual shipping costs incurred and process a refund for you.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

PO Box Address: Delivery is only supported via USPS. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Address: Delivery is supported via USPS, but delivery time may be extended to 4–6 weeks.

Undeliverable Goods: Liquids, dangerous goods, or internationally regulated goods may not be able to be shipped across borders. We will notify you separately.

  1. Risk Transfer

Domestic Orders: The risk of loss or damage to the package transfers to you after it is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

International Orders: The risk transfers to you after the package is handed over to the initial carrier (such as USPS/UPS).

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders (optional at checkout).

  1. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the following reasons:

Carrier reasons (e.g., sorting errors, insufficient capacity);

Force majeure events such as weather, natural disasters, epidemics, and war;

Customs clearance delays;

Inaccurate or incomplete address provided by you.

If the logistics status has not been updated for an extended period, please contact the carrier or our customer service for assistance.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

Unreceived Package: If the logistics tracking shows it has been signed for but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, property management, or courier collection point first. Once the loss is confirmed, we will assist you in initiating a claim process with the carrier.

Damage During Transit: Please contact us within 7 days of signing for the package and provide: order number, photos of the damage (including packaging and goods), and your contact information. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
