Returns or Exchanges

This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is an important agreement between you and dressilyday.shop regarding returns and refunds. Placing an order indicates your agreement to all contents of this Policy.

  1. Return Eligibility
    Most items support returns within 30 days of receipt;

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, and retain their original tags and packaging;

If the final product has quality issues, you can still contact customer service for after-sales service.

  1. How to Apply for a Refund
    Log in to your account and find the corresponding order in “Order History”;

Click “Apply for Return,” fill in the reason, and submit;

You will receive a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and return address via email within 1-2 business days;

Return the item with its original packaging and mark the RMA code on the outside of the package;

We will check out the package and process the refund within 5-7 business days.

If you used guest checkout, please contact customer service directly for return instructions.

  1. Refund Method and Time

Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment account used when placing your order (credit card, PayPal, etc.);

Processing Time: After we issue the refund, it may take 3-10 business days for the bank or payment institution to show the funds in your account;

Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of use, is incomplete in packaging, or is a partial return, we may refund proportionally.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Quality Issues or Our Errors: Return shipping costs will be borne by us (we will provide prepaid labels or reimburse reasonable shipping costs);

Non-Quality Issues (e.g., dislike, incorrect size): Return shipping costs will be borne by you;

International Returns: Return shipping and customs clearance fees for international orders are borne by you, and we cannot provide prepaid labels.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returned items and retaining the shipping receipt.

  1. Refusal of Package

If you refuse to accept the package without a valid reason, we will deduct the actual round-trip shipping costs before processing your refund.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping costs will also be deducted before processing your refund.

  1. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., change size or color), please return the original item according to the return process before reordering the desired item. This will expedite your processing.

In special circumstances (e.g., we sent the wrong item), you can contact customer service directly to arrange an exchange without incurring additional shipping costs.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Exceeding the return period (more than 30 days after receipt);

The item has been used, washed, damaged, or the tags are missing;

The item is a resale item (see item 1);

The original packaging or accessories are missing;

The RMA code was not used upon return, making it impossible to identify the owner.

  1. Special Notes for International Orders
    Customs duties and import taxes on international returns are non-refundable;

If a returned package is detained or taxed by customs due to incorrect customs declaration (e.g., incorrectly labeled as “goods” instead of “returned goods”), you will be responsible for the related costs;

We recommend that you mark the package “Returned Goods” and attach the original order information.
